6 powerful tips to help you align with your highest goals & intentions this year. 2025!

About 6 month's ago I applied these 6 tips to my own life and I have seen some big positive shifts. So I wanted to share them with you!

My goal is to align 100% with my highest timeline of joy, fun, ease, contentment, success in every aspect of my life. I have set goals to be reached by the end of this year! Plenty of time so I can learn patience as well;)

Part of this formula is discipline. I really despised that word for a long time but when I really understood what the word meant, I now appreciate it because having discipline helps create productivity so things get done so it can manifest. Another word I did not like was consistency but now understanding that word being consistent equals productivity too! Add discipline, consistency, patience and intention, you got a great recipe for manifesting life abundance, spiritual abundance & financial abundance!

  • Set your intentions and goals

    Be very clear of what you want. If you are vague or uncertain then it will take longer for it to show up and manifest. Law of Attraction 101.


  • Daily routine to help support your intentions and goals. This is where discipline and consistency come in. Make a daily list or a weekly list to take action of what needs to be done that day. I make list's on paper and also have a white board on the wall of tasks. Then when it's done I cross it off. (BTW this is big for me because I've never been that kind of organized person being the care free aquarian that I am lol)


  • Change something in your life that your've been wanting to change and stick to it.

    This is where discipline and consistency comes in again. It really works! What have you been wanting to change? Knowing it will help you get more clear. This kinda falls under tip #1 but it also is a little different. When you change things in your life that you know needs changing, it creates a flow that will help your goals get reached. If those changes don't happen then it can create stuckness and negative looping and then your goals can be vague and unclear.


  • Meditation & spiritual practices

    This is really important in focusing your intentions and manifesting your goals. When you meditate and have your spiritual practices honed in, it really creates a strong connection to your Higher Self that will bring clarity, focus, a positive mindset, emotional balance

    increased intuition, enhancement of gratitude and mind-body connection which will help in manifesting your goals much faster.


  • Exercise 

    Really does help and in turn keeps your intentions and goals super clear so it can manifest in your life. Here's a list of the benefits of having an exercise routine.

    -Improves Mental Clarity

    -Boosts Mood and Motivation

    -Reduces Stress and Anxiety

    -Enhances Focus and Concentration

    -Increases Self-Discipline!

    -Supports Consistent Routine!

    -Improves Physical Health

    -Elevates Energy Levels

    -Encourages Positive Mindset

    -Fosters Self-Confidence


  •  Connect with nature

    Nature is the frequency of God/Source and is the vibration, I believe, we are trying to achieve with all our positive intentions, spiritual practices and goals for ourselves. (Remember this is our true frequency but we forgot when we went through the veils of amnesia.) When you are out in nature, how do you feel? When you connect with nature's energy does it remind you of your divine energy? This is the place to really understand your power that you can bring into your life and create/manifest.

    Lastly, have fun with setting your goals for what you want in your life. You are driving your bus and can achieve and do anything here! I support you on your journey and I really support you with what you want to accomplish this year!
