šŸŒā˜æFull Moon & Mercury Retrograde: How We Can Wield These Cosmic Energies And Keep The Weeds Out And Roots Strong In Our Spiritual GardenšŸŒ±ā˜€ļø

Hello Beautiful Sparkle Of Source,

We're moving into a cosmic synchronicity! A Full Moon and Mercury Retrograde tomorrow June 29th 2026. Wowza!

The Full Moon brings illumination, while Mercury Retrograde slows us down for reflection. Together, these energies create an opportunity to see where we are, recognize what's working, and make thoughtful choices about what we really want to be creating and manifesting for our highest.

Lunar cycles begins with a New Moon. The New Moon is where we plant our seeds of intentions, begin new projects, make new choices, and start creating something we intend will grow. Whether we realize it or not, we're always planting seeds in our spiritual garden with our thoughts, our actions, our words, and the decisions we make every day.

And then a few weeks later, the Full Moon arrives. This is the point in the cycle where those seeds begin to reveal themselves. We begin to see what is growing, what's gaining momentum, and what may need our attention before moving forward. Sometimes we can see the progress we've made. Other times we recognize that something we've been nurturing isn't producing the results we expected. Either way, the Full Moon helps us see more clearly with what we have been working on and needs tending to.

This Full Moon falls in Capricorn, bringing our attention to the structures we've built in our lives. Capricorn is connected with responsibility, discipline, long-term goals, finances, work, and the commitments we make to ourselves and others. This Moon is giving us the opportunity to look at the roots beneath the life we're creating.

This is a good time to ask yourself if your daily habits are supporting your long-term vision. Are you investing your energy in what matters most to you? Are your responsibilities creating a life that feels meaningful, or have they simply become routines you've continued without questioning? Like the autopilot I was talking about in the last newsletter.

Capricorn also reminds us that success is rarely created through one big action. It's built through consistency. The small choices we make every day eventually become our life. The conversations we have, the boundaries we set, the habits we repeat, and the way we spend our time all become the strong roots for where we are right now. Are you happy with where your roots are? If not, this is the time to evaluate and re-plant those seeds.

And here is the synchronicity of Mercury retrograding at the same time! Moving through Cancer which might make things feel a little more personal than usual.Ā  Don't be surprised if old memories, family patterns, or emotions you've tucked away come up front and center. These energies give you an opportunity to look at them with fresh eyes, gain a new perspective with the help of Capricorn Moon, and choose how you want to move forward instead of repeating the past. Together, these energies create a powerful balance. The Full Moon helps you recognize what needs your attention, while Mercury Retrograde gives you time to think before you act.Ā

The chaos Retrograde creates is often misunderstood. Many people expect everything to fall apart, but Mercury Retrograde isn't here to actually create chaos. It's here to help us slow down enough to notice what we've been missing. I happen to love Mercury in Retrograde. I always try and see the lessons that come up with fresh eyes and the old stuff usually does surface to make peace with, complete or weed out.Ā

During this time, communication requires more patience. Plans may change. Technology may be less reliable.Ā  Back up your devices! Conversations may need clarification. Instead of becoming frustrated, use these moments as reminders to slow down. Listen carefully. Read the contract one more time. Double-check your travel plans. Ask another question before making assumptions. A little extra attention now can prevent bigger problems later.

Organize your home or workspace. Review your finances. Look at your schedule and ask yourself if it reflects your priorities. Creating more space in your outer world helps you hear yourself more clearly and that will help you be a really confident manifestor in your reality.

It's also a wonderful time to become more intentional with your energy. Before saying yes to something, ask yourself if it aligns with what you want. Before reacting to a situation, take a breath and give yourself time to respond thoughtfully. Before adding something new to your life, consider what may need to be completed or released first.

One simple practice I recommend this week is spending a few minutes at the end of each day reflecting on what you're growing in your life. Has this Full Moon shined a light on anything that is not serving you now? Ask yourself what thoughts you've been feeding, what habits you've been strengthening, and what choices you've been making. The life you experience in each now moment is being created by what you are watering in your spiritual garden. Time to weed out anything that is not in alignment with what you are creating on your highest timeline. And watch your spiritual garden flourish!

With love,

Jemaa 🌺
